RCSI Bahrain Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland

Our Noble purpose, Mission and Values

Our Noble Purpose

Building on the heritage of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland which was founded in 1784, we will enhance health in Bahrain, the other GCC countries and beyond through endeavour, innovation and collaboration in education, research and service.

All those connected to RCSI have a noble purpose, to become or help shape future healthcare professionals, and change people’s lives for the better, and this altruism is reflected in day to day campus atmosphere and environment. The RCSI curriculum ensures the highest international standards, and over ten years our students have consistently performed as well as their Dublin counterparts. RCSI Bahrain's interns are also achieving a 100% pass rate in licensing exams conducted by Bahrain's National Health Regulatory Authority, which compares to an average national pass rate of 40%.
